Vladislav Kondratovič

Chancellor of the Ministry of Environment

 

Vladislav Kondratovič has served as Chancellor of the Ministry of Environment since July 2026. He is an expert in public administration and transport infrastructure policy.

Before joining the Ministry, Mr Kondratovič served as Minister of the Interior from December 2024 to July 2026. From 2023 to 2024, he headed the Administration of Vilnius District Municipality.

His career at the Ministry of Transport and Communications included two terms as Vice-Minister, in 2013–2014 and 2019–2020. He also headed the Development and International Relations Department and the Road and Air Transport Policy Group. Earlier in his public service career, he headed the Investment Division of Vilnius District Municipality and served as Deputy Director of the municipal administration.

His corporate governance experience includes membership of the boards of Lietuvos paštas, Vilniaus viešasis transportas and Lietuvos geležinkeliai.

Mr Kondratovič holds a Master’s degree in Road Traffic Safety Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.

As Chancellor, he is responsible for organising the Ministry’s administrative operations, ensuring effective strategic planning and performance, and managing human and financial resources.
