Česlava Lisovska

Viceminister of the Environment

 

Česlava Lisovska serves as Vice-Minister of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania.

She has professional experience in architecture, territorial planning and municipal administration. Since 2022, she worked as Head of the Architecture and Territorial Planning Division of the Vilnius District Municipality Administration and as Chief Architect of the municipality. Earlier, she served as Chief Specialist in the same division.

Č. Lisovska holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.

As Vice-Minister, Č. Lisovska is responsible for architecture and construction policy, land and territorial planning policy, housing policy, and cadastre and spatial data policy.

She also oversees the National Land Service and the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate.
